Accept the Reality Firstly, accept the reality that there is NO ONE ELSE who is going to acknowledge and validate me. Describe what is happening as objective as possible. There is no safety person. No "daddy". It is a waste of energy and emotion to self-pity. Imaging, and hoping for be a child again, to be "protected" is wishful neurotic fantasy. [[Stoicism]] ## 2. Daily practice of self affirmation, validation and encouragement Second, i have to start to validate, affirmation, encourage and acknowledge myself daily. It's better i learn to fish and feed myself, then to wait for other's charity. Acknowledge my intentions, my work, my efforts. Attend to my own needs (spiritual, physical and emotionally) - This should be a daily process! Cultivate inner garden and guard it. Third, to continue to refill yourself, to cultivate my inner garden. cultivate joy and positive energy in my life by consuming positive energy media. Doing fun things. Get outdoors. connect with life-loving people.
