# 20211216 Reflection about cases
Working with [[Patient NWE - Guy who said he got PTSD]] makes me think of how different it was with [[Patient CFaith]].
## Common:
Both is about differentiation, and developing sense of #Integration_of_self and #differentiation related to #Attachment issues from their parents.
Both felt #neglect by their parents.
## Different:
[[Patient CFaith]] self-harm, an internally directed form of anger and depression
while [[Patient NWE - Guy who said he got PTSD]] direct his anger outwards, blaming others and hitting his father.
[[Patient CFaith]] expresses lots of emotions and teary, while [[Patient NWE - Guy who said he got PTSD]]have a lack of emotions. So one need to cut and make clear of emotions, while the other seems need to join and generate more emotions.
[[Patient CFaith]]parents have lesser expressed emotions, compare to [[Patient NWE - Guy who said he got PTSD]]'s parents who are louder and more emotional.
## How am i working / relating towards them?
I have to design treatment accordingly.
For [[Patient NWE - Guy who said he got PTSD]] i created a written, "recovery management plan"
