# Agile Case Management I am thinking the overlap philosophy of [[Agile]] and [[020.300 Solution Focused MOC]] both places individual first ahead of processes. Instead of being locked in by the concept of "phases" and "processes", this approach turn it around and asked, what bring value to the individual. To the patient, what is valuable to them? VUCA - The nature of case management have it's volatility, Uncertainty, Complexity and Ambiguity. Start with a product backlog, and then create sprints to work on those items/user stories... The spirit of experimentation, iteration and learning and growth. Also do not feel like need to push and rush the work. Work based on the amount of work possible at the usual pace. The points. Maybe case managers work in scrum teams. The WIP - Work in Progress, right now, is too high for case managers. There must be a limit on how much WIP is possible at each time. Kanban to organise and visualise work. ![[Agile Project Management - Coursera#^b57b31]] - #conflict #team #corporate_culture Thinking also of the compatibility of Agile Values, SF Values.. how they are valuable for patients care as well. ![[Agile Project Management - Coursera#^36a4e2]] https://sites.google.com/site/solutionfocusedapproach/5-study-materials/5-principles Instead of waterfall, phase approach of recovery.
