Small group instead of large meetings. - Over-communicate with clients/boss are better than under communication. - Build trust. - Maintain a performance file of what you have accomplished in each quarter. ## Chapter 3. - Role as a manger is to set ground rules. Manage your staff as vendors. - Weekly Team Check In.
