- generalised interpersonal deficits (chronic isolation.. personality?)

Phases of approach
## Initial Treatment Phase
- History taking
- Psychoeducation
- Assess quality of pt's interpersonal relationships
- Assess the regularity of pt's social routines
- select an interpersonal problem area (5 problem area)
- Unresolved grief #grief
- Role transitions
- interpersonal role disputes
- interpersonal deficits
- grief for the lost healthy self

## Intermediate Phase of Treatment
- Regularising the patient's social rhythms,
- intervening in the selected interpersonal problem area
- Frequency of session : Weekly. Depends on patient's condition
## Continuation or maintenance phase
- Maintaining regular social rhythms
- Maintaining or further improving their interpersonal relations

## Final Phase of Treatment
- Termination
- Reduce frequency of session
