# Technology Enabled Clinical Care (TECC): Protocol for a Prospective Longitudinal Cohort Study of Smartphone - Augmented Mental Health Treatment
Natali Rauseo-Ricupero, John Torous.
**mindLAMP**. [[What is the mindLAMP platform]]
- TECC uses the mindLAMP app to enable digital phenotyping, clinical communication, and smartphone-based exercises that will augment in-person or telehealth virtual visits.
**The difference is that for HOPES, we want the app to drive care decisions. i.e based on patient's conditions/state, to trigger certain protocolize treatment.**
- *Cocreated with patients and clinicians, mindLAMP is designed not to drive care decisions or protocolize treatment but, rather, to serve as a flexible tool to be deployed in a personalized manner to customize care for each person*.
I am thinking is our HOPE also considered as a TECC?

So essentially, they break the TECC into three main stages:
1. Stage 1 - Creating Clinical Foundation
2. Stage 2 - Building Clinical Skills
3. Stage 3 - Solidifying Clinical Gains.
