Authoritative mediators 1. Reputation/status/position based - like community leader, village head, elders in the community. Religious leaders/ 2. Administrative / managerial - senior executive, encourage to work within organisational/legal framework, norms. 3. Vested interest intermediaries - Like US vested interests when acting as mediator for Arab-Israeli etc. or UN mediators persuade parties to accept UN frameworks.
